Receptionist / Administrator

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a rapidly growing Supercar Showroom.

The successful candidate will take on responsibility very early on.

It is very conveniently operating from Uxbridge which has plenty of local amenities as well as excellent links to the M4, M25 and A40 as well as West Drayton Train Station and Uxbridge tube station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line).

Receptionist / Administrator Job Role

You will be required to provide a professional, efficient and effective customer and office support service.

You will be meeting and greeting customers as they visit our showroom and will be pivotal in ensuring they receive the best possible customer service experience. You’ll also be the first point of contact on the telephones.

Working Hours:Part Time or Full Time. Please specify what hours you are looking for.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls, with politeness, proficiency and professionalism.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers in person and notifying the necessary employee of their arrival.
  • Taking accurate and detailed messages where appropriate and sending them in a timely manner.
  • Organising, monitoring and updating the GVE CRM system – inputting all enquiries onto the system.
  • Making timely courtesy calls to customers as directed by Management and logging all information appropriately.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by Manager.

Requirements

  • You will be a dynamic and confident individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational, written and analytical skills.
  • You will be working in a small team and will be required to be self motivated and frequently using your own initiative without the need to be micro-managed.
  • More than 1 years experience in a role requiring similar skills would be preferable.
  • A good level of competency in MS Word and Outlook is absolutely essential
  • You will be reliable, hard-working and punctual. You will thrive on working to tight deadlines and will be able to multi-task without losing sight of priorities.
  • You will be comfortable speaking over the phone in a professional manner and will have the ability to build professional working relationships.
  • You must be fully eligible to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
  • A full UK driving license will be advantageous

Showroom Manager / Detailer

Job Description

Job Role of a Showroom Manager

You will be responsible for managing the care of all supercars we have in stock. This would include assisting with paint correction, interior cleansing, enhancement, protection and general maintenance and also managing the rest of the team effectively. You will also liaise with all the departments, including sales, servicing, bodyshop, detailing etc., to ensure that vehicles are prepped and ready for collection.

Working hours are usually Monday to Friday/Saturday, 9am to 6pm, with a one hour break.

Requirements

  • You will be managing a team and will be required to be self motivated and display effective management qualities.
  • More than 2 years managerial experience required
  • You will be reliable, hard-working and punctual.
  • You must be fully eligible to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
  • A full UK driving license

Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper

Job Role

This is a very hands-on role for an enthusiastic individual who understands accounting well.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant

  • Preparing and recording purchase invoices for the business on regular basis
  • Recording Various expenses and credit card transactions
  • Account for intercompany transactions
  • Posting of depreciation
  • Preparing Accruals and Prepayments for year end
  • Helping with sales reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Arrange for periodic stock valuation
  • Filling of VAT Return
  • Prepare BS Reconciliations and co-ordinate with accountants for YE accounts
  • Co-ordinate with different people / department’s for information

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 3-4 years sales accounting experience
  • Xero Accounting experience is highly desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Being Confident and focused
  • Able to use own initiative

Senior Vehicle Technician

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join GVE London Ltd.

Working in a busy, well established supercar workshop. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Service Department with an existing team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff. You’ll be professional and efficient with good attention to detail, have experience with working on all makes of vehicle and be a good team player.

Main duties and responsibilities for a Senior Vehicle Technician

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
  • Carry out vehicle repairs and communicates issues to service manager and service advisors; conduct additional repair work as advised by managers or advisors
  • Uses manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, and repairs are thorough and to highest quality
  • Keeps work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members

Qualifications and Skills

You will be a qualified, certified Technician (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to Level 3) or qualified by experience.

You will have experience in dealing with supercars/luxury vehicles either from main dealer or independent garages.
