Under the hood, the McLaren is powered by a 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 engine, available with a choice of three different power outputs. In total, pushing 562bhp, making a top speed of 204mph and 0-60 time of only 3.4 Seconds. The gearbox is the familiar seven speed twin clutch unit, driving the rear wheels through an open differential. The engine and gearbox can be switched from Normal mode into Sport or Track to improve response and cut shift times.
