The McLaren 600LT is explosively fast, it steers beautifully and it is shot through with agility and handling precision. Weight has been cut through the use of thinner glass, carbon fibre for more of the body panels, top exit exhausts that have less pipework and lightened suspension components.

The engine powering this is a twin-turbo 3.8L V8 pushing 591bhp, reaching a top speed of 204mph and a 0-60 time of only 2.9 Seconds. It applies its aggressive intent with the ground-skimming splitter and other aerodynamic addenda, including the wing and big diffuser, which contribute to generate 100kg of downforce at 155mph.
