Inside GVE London: Bentley Bentayga Service, Ferrari California Repairs, & Cadillac Escalade Transformation | GVE London – Blog
Discover the latest at GVE London: 8 new supercars, Bentley Bentayga service, Ferrari California repair, Cadillac Escalade wrap, and more. Excellence in every detail!
Last week at GVE London, UK’s Premier Supercar Dealership, 8 new cars came into stock along with a Bentley Bentayga for full service, a Ferrari California for an oil leak investigation, and a Cadillac Escalade for a full wrap work.
As the team started the day in the meeting room, the first thing discussed was England’s unfortunate loss in the Euro 2024 Finals. Sadly, we’re going to have to wait more to see football coming home. Apart from telling how everything went about at the facility, we’ll also tell you why we had to send one car back to the customer.
What Needed to be Done This Week
Andreas, the Purchasing Manager, tells about a car that has been up for sale for over 3 months at a dealership. He gets in touch with his logistics team and schedules a 4 PM pickup for the car the next day. Moving back to Unit E, Saad tells Nikku about a last-minute booking for wrapping a Cadillac Escalade within one week.
The full Vampire Red wrap will include all doors, full dechrome, grill, and wheels. Nikku says that he’s ready for the job and will get the car wrapped within one week as the customer needs to take it to Dubai.
Next up, there was a Bentley Bentayga W12 that came in for major service. Ozzy says that the team will work on the spark plugs, oil filters, air filters, pollen filters, brake fluid, coolant level, and the final health check before taking it out on a test drive. As it takes the longest, Ozzy started with the spark plugs and then proceeded with filters and the rest of the stuff.
The Clocked Vehicle was Sent Back to the Customer
Bruce calls Andreas to talk about an issue. A vehicle sent in by a customer was clocked by 5000 Miles. He asked him to call the customer as he might have had a gearbox control module replaced and the main dealer forgot to update the mileage. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn’t sold and it had to be returned to the customer.
Always Working on Customer Satisfaction
David enters the detailing unit and asks for an upgrade on the Cadillac Escalade that came in for the red wrap. As the team member is telling him about the progress done on the Escalade, David’s eye goes to a Tesla Model 3 that just had a full Satin Black PPF on it and was looking amazing.
Even though it’s an affordable car, the wrap totally transformed it. He thought that as so many Teslas come in, he wants every single Tesla owner to think about GVE Detailing by giving them the best deal in the country. David suggests his team put up on LinkedIn that they are looking for a supplier of high-quality, budget PPF rolls.
Saving Money For Our Customers
The next day, Bruce shows a Ferrari California that came in for an oil leak investigation. While cleaning the engine, he found oil around the sump area, the side of the block, and on the main seal. Usually, there is a minor leak causing this to happen, and service centres charge a lot from customers for the sump, rocker cover gaskets, rear main seal, etc.
However, they just cleaned everything, tightened the bolts, and the oil stopped leaking. This saved the customer lots of money as there was no need for new parts and he only had to pay for labour, brake cleaner, and the diagnosis. Thus, at GVE London an authorised supercar service centre, the team strives to give the best services to customers at prices they can afford.
Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024
Next, Andreas, Bruce, and George visit the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024. Even though they have been to the festival 8 or 9 years in a row, for the first time they were going to walk around and take in the experience as a normal spectator.
Several attractive and high-performance luxury cars were on display at the festival. They also saw the Ferrari Purosangue, Rolls Royce Ghost, and many other supercars.
Top-Notch Work For Our Clients
Finally, we see a glimpse of Unit E where the Bentley Bentayga service was about to be completed. Similarly, the Cadillac Escalade is completely wrapped and looks absolutely unique. The work was done one day before expected and he called the customer to give him the good news.
As the client had to take the car to Dubai, he even arranged for the in-house transport team to deliver the Escalade to the port. After all this, Bruce and David discuss all the work done in the week and see what’s next.
