Satin Black Urban Discovery

Satin Black Urban Discovery – The GVE Customs team’s next task was to transform the look of  an URBAN Land Rover Discovery. The addition of the URBAN body kit and alloys makes this Discovery look wider, lower and much more aggressive.

To increase the aggressive nature of the car, our team carried out a satin black vinyl wrap to give this Discovery a stealth finish.

Prior to being wrapped, the car was fully decontaminated, to ensure that no dirt on the surface on the body panels would remain (which can cause vinyl to lift). Clay bar was also used to remove any dirt that is not visible to the naked eye.

Top quality vinyl was used from Avery Dennison, which was applied to the car using heat guns and specialist wrapping tools.

Channels in the vinyl allow air bubbles to be removed easily on high quality vinyl, such as the one used on this car. This means that the vinyl is less likely to bubble or peel in the future.
