The technician took the inlet manifold off and found out that the vacuum pipe inside had melted. It will cost around 15 or 20 pounds to make this vacuum pipe but from the main dealer, it costs around 1100 pounds.

Even though the technician would have made the pipe himself, the customer requested for a genuine, brand-new pipe from the main dealer. A brand new pipe was bought and it was then fitted in position. After this, all the parts were put back on the car and the engine hunting issue was resolved.
